Alongside this, when taken with tea, saltine crackers can act as a good remedy for relieving stomach aches as well as promoting healthy digestions. Studies have shown that poor digestion is one of the causes of stomach bloating and pain and consuming foods or products which aid proper digestion process can help relieve these symptoms. Another benefit crackers give is reducing nausea within a short period.

To prepare ginger tea, simply take a piece of ginger and peel it and cut it into small pieces. Put two glasses of water in a boil jar and bring it to boil. Add your ginger and simmer it for about 5 minutes then put your warm water into a mug. Add one tea bag and honey to taste.

Carbonated drinks are also good for the stomach. They eliminate excessive gas from the stomach which usually contributes to bloating. Some of these drinks include ginger ale, cola or lemon-lime sodas. In case you have taken excessive food, or you are experiencing stomach aches, adopting these drinks will help relieve the pains and promote healthy digestion. However, when the pain persists after taking all the above remedies without any improvements, it is highly advocated to seek medical attention.
