This only means that you will have it for the rest of your life. It's important to control the disease very well. To keep overeating at bay, one's stress levels should be kept to a minimum. This can be attained by identifying which everyday stressors are unnecessary and thus can be avoided. Steering clear of them can make a huge difference.
