You may put the inflammatory response under control, too, with the help of ginger tea. This beverage is admired for its capability to relieve heartburn and many other digestive problems. Not a lot of people know that it's also good for managing inflammation. You may also drink turmeric tea as it has anti-inflammatory abilities as well.
