Do not flex or bend the hips when pulling the bar downward.

When both the arms are extended in front, bring the torsos back for at least thirty degrees. This will create a curvature on the back and its lower half. This will make the chest stick out as well. This will be the starting position of movements.

Stop when your movement reaches the bottom. The elbows can only move so far and it will start to return back. Only stop the movement when the bar reaches under the chin and chest area. Never exceed the bars over the chest or it might strain the shoulder muscles.
