It's no secret that being overweight or obese is brought about by eating unhealthy foods and having a sedentary life. Not too many people, however, are aware of the fact that these two are not the only causative factors. Health authorities confirm that there are so many other issues that can trigger the appearance of excess pounds. Having an extremely stressful life is an example, which is something that's quite common these days. Opting for a Christian women weight loss program that focuses chiefly on stress management is ideal for individuals who are unable to slim down due to their toxic lifestyle.

Doctors say that the reason why being stressed all the time can cause weight gain is the fact that stress hormones encourage the accumulation of too much fat cells. This is especially true in the midsection. It's due to this exactly why it is very common for stressed individuals to feature a pear shaped body, which is not only unpleasant to the eyes but also dangerous to one's health.

The presence of excessive fat cells in the midsection, according to health experts, can increase a person's chance of developing heart disease. It's for the fact that those fat cells produce and release hormones that can cause inflammation. For female Christians who like to reduce their stress levels in order to fend off various health concerns, getting inspiration from the Word of God is recommended.

There are so many passages in the Bible that can encourage stress reduction. Being aware that the individual is infinitely loved by God can help relax the body as well as mind. After all, reading the Word of God itself most especially at the end of an exhausting day is an effective stress buster.

It's still important to steer clear of excessive eating and a sedentary lifestyle. Clearly, these are some of the seven deadly sins namely gluttony and sloth. By pairing effective stress management with healthy eating and regular exercise, it's not unlikely for female Christians to obtain a more ideal weight.
