As a matter of fact, there is a high demand for HCG food. That can be attributed to the many HCG success stories out there. The HCG diet should also have white meat. These are the healthiest source of proteins. To lose weight, one has to build muscles. That is due to the fact that muscles increase the metabolic rate of an individual. That will make the body to burn more calories and fat. It has been proven that white meat is far much better than red meat.

On top of having the right diet, an individual will need to hydrate his body. As it is commonly said in the United States of America and even Canada, water is life. One can stay for weeks without food. However, he can only live for a few days without water. One should drink at least one liter of water each day.

A healthy diet will accomplish much if there is also an exercising regiment. Exercising is just as important as dieting. One of the causes of obesity is lack of exercises. Most modern day people lead a sedentary lifestyle and that is the reason why heart disease has become the leading killer on earth. A lifestyle change will come in handy.

Obesity is quickly becoming a global pandemic. It affects people from different walks of life. The rich, the middle class, as well as the poor people are being affected by obesity. This problem has especially become serious over the last few decades as a result of the changing human diets. One of the best solutions for obesity is the HCG diet.
